The 4-star superior Hotel Bristol is situated in the centre of Geneva, facing the quiet Mont Blanc Square and only at a few steps away from the lake and the main train station. The award-winning gourmet restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, and guests benefit from free WiFi and free use of the spa area. The hotel was very well located for the lake and the rail station. I used the jacuzzi but did not get a chance to use the gym. I used the restaurant which was seriously good, I ordered the lamb chops. The staff were very smart and professional.

Geneva's old town and the main city attractions are only a 5-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday and retirement. From welcoming to the room decorations to the celebration in the restaurants the staff were very thoughtful. Everything was amazing! The concierge and the front desk staff were super helpful in helping us with our daily arrangements. One of the concierge, Matteus and a front desk staff, Nassim went out the way to arrange a special cake and a thoughtful gift for me. The stay was very memorable.

The entire staff of the hotel are amazing, always exceed expectations. This is by the far the best place in Geneva to stay. It feels like staying at home.

The modern, individually furnished rooms feature a flat-screen TV, wooden floors, and a bathroom. We had a great time at this hotel! Situated in Carouge, which quickly became our favorite area in Geneva, the location was perfect. Although the room wasn't very spacious, it was impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel provided us with free transportation cards, making it even more convenient to explore the city. Highly recommended!
