Everything went very well. Great service from friendly staff and the front office was excellent in fulfilling all my requests. Had an awesome experience with my family in the hotel campus.

The Breakfast was AMAZING, the quality and presentation was perfect. Super fresh local produce and excellent coffee. Room was super clean, bed was very comfortable and view from my room was lovely. Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and chilled.

This hotel is impressive for its heritage: first documented as a hotel in the 14C. But despite some intentional remnants in the building, the rooms have been modernized by a designer with excellent style and taste. No indication that the room was any older than a few years! We had a room with a small kitchen and courtyard view, but it was spacious and very quiet - couldn't even hear any noise from the restaurant right below. Murten is a charming medieval town that is worth stopping in for a night when the tourists are gone and the atmosphere is special.

We had a late booking and glad they had rooms ready for our big group. Checked in process was virtual (which I find cool). We booked another night again the next day and requested for spare beds but they forgot to set it up on our arrival. But because their housekeeping is not available already, they gave us another room instead. The rooms are spacious. The area was quite and very near to there quaint little town.

This 3-star hotel in the centre of Fribourg is only 400 metres from the train station. Hotel Alpha features a parking garage and offers free Wi-Fi.
