A hotel where it was possible to talk to a human being if there was a problem, or information was needed - how refreshing against many of the other places I stayed where everything was done remotely. Reception was welcoming and helpful and when the desk lamp in the room failed a call to reception produced a new lamp in minutes. Pleasant (though quite small) room with all the facilities needed and a superb view over the lake from the window. Outstandingly good breakfast (included in the rate).

Pontresina is a much better place to stay than St Moritz.Would recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone.
