Check-in and check-out were very fast and smooth. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The internet speed was excellent. My family and I were satisfied. The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. It offers views over Lake Brienz and the Giessbach Waterfall,an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, one of which features a summer terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The best hotel I have ever visited in an exceptional price. Nice view, inside nature, magic waterfalls and forest. All the staff was very polite and helpful.

I like everything about this property. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent . The room is very clean and comfortable.
