Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. I liked most the view and hotel manager! Also, the breakfast was amazing!

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Located on the cliffside and nicer side of Mürren close to the mountain clouds. The room was perfect for a solo traveller and the view from the balcony is just heavenly (make sure to request for a room by the mountain side), check pics. Bfast was good and also had dinner here twice, their food is great and servers are attentive. Hotel is the first one on the cliffside after turning left from the train station, it isn’t a very long walk. I had an overall pleasant stay and will stay here again.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. Super nice and friendly staff, excellent location right next to the train station, the restaurant is open till 11pm. I love the house craft beer and they have a superb house wine, highly recommend to try both. The room is spacious with a lovely balcony with beautiful views.

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property.

Quant and cosy hotel since 1666?! I like the wooden building architecture and Swiss cottage feel. Breakfast was splendid.

Situated right above Lake Brienz, the Hotel Brienzersee (Garni) offers superb views from the rooms and from the lakeside terrace, the Brienzersee hotel is only a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Interlaken. The facilities are well maintained, the room was very clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is patient and helpful with everything you need!

Featuring a restaurant, Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg is located in Thun. Guests can enjoy a small wellness area including a sauna, steam bath, hot tub and some loungers on site. Free WiFi access is provided in public areas. We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

Some rooms have a mountain-view balcony and the hotel features an award-winning restaurant which serves a variety of quality cuisine using fresh local products. Brilliant breakfast. Fine location, views everywhere, and walking distance to everywhere in town that's necessary...

Victoria - Alpine Boutique Hotel & Fine Diningis a 5-minute walk from the Sherlock Holmes Museum. The Reichenbach Falls are a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The city of Bern is just over an hour away by car. Modern and very stylish place. Very nice and helpful staff. Very high level hospitality. Beautiful breakfast, afternoon coffee with the cake was very nice addition.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. It offers views over Lake Brienz and the Giessbach Waterfall,an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, one of which features a summer terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Everything, the place is a dream, we will definitely come back in December!

Built in 1881, the family-run Hotel Alpenrose is the oldest hotel in the car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train, and offers you completely renovated rooms in a traditional Alpine style and free WiFi. Breakfast is amazing, it has a lot of variety and everything is delicious, same goes for dinner, and the service was excellent. I purchased a wine bottle and left it in the table unfinished, they saved it and put it back in the table the next day, lovely touch.
