I loved that I received an email from the property with one day before arrival with everything I need to know to get at the hotel. The hotel staff was very professional, the breakfast was healthy and tasty, the room was very comfy. The hotel has a very good location near to the centre. The bus station to the train station is in front of the building. Overall, it was an amazing experience! For sure, next time I’ll pick the same accommodation!

The room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bed was so comfy and cozy The staff were very helpful and gave great restaurant suggestions. Breakfast at the hotel was very nice. The hotel is in an ideal location, a quick walk to the train station and a stones throw away from the old city.

Automated check-in worked really well. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. room was spacious and quiet. Location could not be better for Basel Badischer train station.

We came some colleagues for a conference. The hotel was 2 min from the venue. The rooms were amazing. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The room were cool, as it has ac (several hotel don't have ac). The hotel has a small gym. Breakfast was a buffet. Good quality and variety.

Location was excellent, city trumps were almost at the door. Restaurant had good quality food and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport which makes it easy to plan the travel.

The hotel is very close to the main areas of interest. It has a tram stop right in front of it and one more at a minute walk away. Check in was easy at the front desk. We were asked for a deposit of 50 CHF that was reimbursed to us when we checked out and out of which we were held the city tax. Large lobby with a bar, lovely amenities. The room was cozy and modern, with a lovely view from the 9th floor.
