The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and modern. Location is very central. Walking distance to the old town and good connection to other parts of the city.

The Hotel Alexander is located right at the Messe Basel fairgrounds and the Congress Centre, a 7-minute ride from the centre of Basel. The tram stop is right outside. Free Wi-Fi is available. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was fine :)

Like probably most people, I came there mainly cause of the price and this was my first stay at a hostel. I didn't expect much yet when I arrived I got much more than (I thought) I paid for. Destination is great, right next to both a tram and bus stop. Rooms had many beds but never felt crowded. We all got lockers for our stuff. Whole hostel was clean and had a cool urban vibe. Apart from the showers, there was also a community stove, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board... everything you would need. Staff was super friendly. Everyone could take free coffee or tea at the lobby and the buffet breakfast was only 8CHF per day, which is cheap for Swiss standards. And on top of all that, everyone gets the Basel Card which gives a bunch of amenities in the city. Oh and also, the receptionist, on the day I was leaving, had a cool hat.

Hotel Schweizerhof enjoys a preferred location in the centre of Basel, next to the SBB train station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Local phone calls are free. 酒店就在车站出站口右手前方，地理位置非常好，酒店门口也有多条有轨电车前往老城，百年家族旅馆干净整洁， 前台友好，房间大，卫生间大，有一个大的洗手盆（两个水笼头），早餐室干净漂亮，蘑菇好吃，有三文鱼， 早餐丰富，价格20CHF，价格高品种多。我们享用了美味的早餐。

Situated in a historic building in central Basel, Euler Hotel is opposite the SBB Train Station. Guests receive a Mobility Ticket, granting free access to all means of public transport. 超級棒的地理位置，搭任何車都方便，附近餐廳、速食店很多。方間寬大乾凈，床也好睡。沒有可挑剔的。
