The property is situated 600 metres from Banff Park Museum, 2.3 km from Cave and Basin National Historic Site and 1.3 km from Banff International Research Station. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Everything was great, the host was so friendly (including the puppy) the food was great and perfect location. Would definitely stay here again when we head back to Banff

Incredible view of Cascade Mountain from the dining area and so peaceful and quiet.

Alpine Centre HI Banff offers private and dorm-style rooms. Select rooms have en suite bathrooms. The parking is conveniently located right in front of the hostel, making it easy to access. They offer free bus tickets if you want to head down to the village, though we didn’t use them, it’s a nice offer to have. The place is very peaceful if you're looking to feel surrounded by nature, yet still cozy, as there are other guests around. We used the kitchen to cook, which was very practical, and my boyfriend had breakfast at the restaurant. Everything was great—both the bathrooms and showers were clean, and our room was perfect for us. We had a private room, and while the bed wasn’t very big, it was comfortable enough for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was big and the bed was perfect!
