Rooms and kitchen was clean. Location is good, not far from Banff market and they also give you free bus pass. There were many activities planned for a week. All in all the best hostel I stayed in Canada.

We loved everything about Elks. The beds were so comfortable and the show was beautiful. The restaurant was our favorite of our whole trip! We had breakfast the next morning there even after we had just had dinner there the night before!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and well kept. Also has one of the largest pools we’ve had in Banff! We will definitely return!

It is also beside the bus station so very convenient when you have to take ROAM (public transport system). The staff were very friendly & accommodating. The beds are comfy with good quality toiletries. The restaurant annexed to the hotel, Brazen, had the best hot chocolate we had (participated in the in the hot chocolate trail).
