It was an amazing hotel. Close to many things. The room was exceptional. The Staff upgraded my room free or charge without a request. They were very kind and helpful. The resturant was beautiful and the food was good too.

The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting Parliament Hill Square and the Rideau Canal or Centre. It's perfectly located for sightseeing in Ottawa and only a short taxi ride from the train station. Every member of staff we encountered from entering to leaving the hotel was polite, thoughtful, and helpful. In particular, Ana, on reception, was outstanding. She noticed during our conversation that it was our wedding anniversary and also noticed we had mentioned the wonderful wines produced in Niagara- we were absolutely stunned and deeply touched to receive a bottle of Niagara wine ( hand delivered to our room by a lovely man whose name we did not catch). Thank you for making our anniversary trip just perfect! Lovely proportioned, clean, comfortable bedroom. Spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower. Excellent views of Parliament Hill from the 21st floor. Delicious breakfasts with a large selection of foods available.
