We had a great 2-night stay at Cozy House B&B. The host was very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable in every manner. The kitchen was well-equipped with all cooking items with lots of stuff in the fridge for our use. The cooked breakfast was quite sumptuous and filling and a must-have. The host also picked us up and dropped us off at Buffalo airport for a fee which turned out to be very convenient for us, we didn’t have to worry about transport across the border. We would highly recommend Cozy House B&B.

The view, the cleanliness, the staff were great! All those reviews you read of Scott being great at his job are all true! As well as all the other staff we met, really nice folks you have working there. The room was spotless, I even dropped the soap into the corner of the floor under the sink, fully expecting to be repulsed....nope, all good!!! Great housekeeping! Also, really good showers! I will be back 10000%

The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

This place was adorable. The owner went out of his way to make us breakfast early as we had a morning tour planned. It was the most delicious breakfast and it made our day as we were catching a bus to Toronto straight after.

We loved the building! Our room was amazing with great views of the river leading all of the way to the American falls. It was the perfect weekend getaway because of our hotel. We both loved everything about our room and agreed that we have found our “spot” for future getaways!

Breakfast was hot and delicious in a clean crowded dining room. Wi-fi was good. Parking was secure, but narrow spot between other vehicles. The scenic view from the 19th floor was amazing. The architecture of this beautiful designed precursor to the Empire State Building was awesome. A very well maintained common areas was inviting.

The space was very comfortable and cozy. Loved the way it was designed and the bed was a perfect size The price is unbeatable and it isn't too far from downtown Niagara if you have a vehicle. It is also in a safe area.

Room was very big with some really outdated stuff but the whole room look okay. We loved the huge windows with ther view. We did not have problem getting the elevator as they are on card only so kids cannot play there. We loved the design of the lobby.
