A hairdryer is offered in the private bathroom. The stand-out aspect of this hotel for us was the quality of the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful at all points throughout our stay (from having complementary apples in the lobby, to helping with luggage to and from the room/taxi, to also bringing us the amenities we requested directly to our room, to getting us new rental bikes when we discovered a problem with one of them), and were available to help at any hour of the day. They were also able to safely store our luggage for over a day when we took a day trip to Victoria before returning to stay one more night. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice coffee machine (and pods) included. The view from the room was also quite nice, and there were plenty of facilities available (pool, sauna, hot tub) for those wanting to spend more time at the hotel and relax. For the affordable price, the hospitality and slight feeling of luxury provided completely exceeded my expectations.

This Vancouver hotel is less than 5 minutes’ walk from Robson Street. All suites offer full kitchens and free WiFi. Stanley Park is only 4 minutes' drive away.

We loved the location, right in the middle of the best shops and restaurants. Also, the staff was incredibly nice and gave us some restaurant recommendations. Whenever we come back to Vancouver, we will stay at Carmana!

The Christmas decor felt very festive!

Exceeded my expectations. Room was lovely, really put together nicely. Very comfortable. Big smiles from us the whole time.

Plenty of parking spots too
