Staff is really friendly as well, rooms have lots of space and daily cleaning, the breakfast is really nice too and the restaurant as well to have dinner at night. Very relaxing and on walking distance from the city center. Recommended!

The bungalows of Toca Da Coruja Pousada enjoy an open plan interior, decorated with wooden furnishings. They are equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, and a CD and DVD player. The hotel, the rainforest style setting, the romantic bungalows, the staff and the breakfast were amazing. We also love the hotels beach club, by any means the best in the region. Above all the local wildlife around our bungalows was like a little zoo, saguis, timbus etc were lovely. We really got attched to Manoel the cat owner. Cant wait to come back. Thank you

Rooms at the Oka Da Mata have satellite TV, air conditioning and a spacious balcony with views of the garden or ocean. So much space! Large rooms and great views. Very close to Praia do Madeiro, my favorite beach in the area. Across the street from the eco sanctuary. Amazing breakfast with a buffet and some of the food made to order. Helpful staff. Complimentary taxi to pretty much any location in town. Heated pool. Far enough from the main area of town that we did see more star and some wildlife (birds, bats, interesting insects — don’t worry, none of them were inside). Felt more like a remote resort, less like a tourist town. Loved the private balcony. There are several paintings by a local Pipa artist who has his gallery on the main road, which I rally appreciated. Was nice to see more of the traditional north eastern Brazil ranch style building and decor.
