I booked my room a day prior of my arrival in Kuching and requested it to be on the higher floor facing swimming pool and Early check in (1pm). I would like to express my appreciation for the warming welcome from the staff, the check-in process was so smooth and they really fulfill my requests. I was given a studio room at level 7 with swimming pool view (spectacular view of the city) and they even allowed me to check in early without additional cost. The room was so spacious, very-very clean, smell nice. Almost utilities were provided such as iron, iron board, hair dryer, hangers, slippers, cooking utensils, pot, oven and refrigerator. The hotal were also have facilities such as swimming pool, gyms and laundry room (wash & dryer). The queen bed was so comfy and the pillow were just nice to be slept on. Overall was perfect and I am definitely will be coming to the same hotel on my next stay in Kuching. At the hotal main entrance got 3 vending machines selling drinks, some snacks, even some medicines and electronic gears such as charging cable. FOR info, at the ground floor, at different entrance, there is full of claw machines, like more than 50 machines. When you are bored, you can spent some $ to play these machine. So many choices 😁 Also at night, on the same ground, got some shop/café open.

Very friendly personal. We got a spacious room at the front side of the hotel. This can be sometimes a little bit noisy, but we had no issues with that. Delicious breakfast every morning. Bed was very comfortable, and a great shower. With the location along the waterfront, a perfect and comfortable place to explore Kuching.

The Receptionists were welcoming, always eager to help. They were available always. There is a big elevator that can take more than 10 people at a time. The hotel is located in town. It's 30 minutes walk from the center where most expensive hotels are located such as Grand Magherita, Riverside majestic and Sheraton hotels. If you use Grab, you'll pay 5 Ringgit form Dehome Boutique hotel to Grand Magherita hotel. I walked from Dehome Boutique hotel to the Waterfront. It took me 42 minutes. The waterfront is 12 minutes from Magherita Riverside majestic Hotel. From Dehome Boutique hotel to the Borneo Convention center will take you 18 Ringgit by Grab and 30 Ringgit by Taxi. The people are friendly and food is readily available and affordable. I ate at Dehome Boutique hotel. With 18 Ringgit you LL have a fulfilling meal that is so tasty. Room service is free too.
