Very good staff, the reception guy has waited me until midnight for a late check in. Very clean and tidy room, continental breakfast appreciated. The location is good, nice view and amazing garden. Restaurant available with several good choices either food & drink, I was travelling for business and I appreciated few moments of relax.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms clean and very nice and the people from the hotel are extremely nice and friendly, we came in the early morning at the day of our check in and the woman at the receptiom let us come earlier into our room. 100% recommended for stays in Shumen.

Fantastic location nice and quite beautiful scenery lovely hosts food took a bit of used to but being British that's our issue but good served was fantastic.
Room was very clean with towels and essential bits a week is great here loved it.
