The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good and you can order dinner from pretty basic menu. The hotel is very close to the city park entrance and thei own parking is a big advantage. Highly recommended. We had a great time.

A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

The hotel has a terrace and views of the mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner were very good with a variety of dishes to choose from.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the shuttle service to the gondola. It was fantastic and always ready to take us after a leisurely breakfast. The convenience of this service made our ski trips stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying for an evening meal. The food is excellent and exceeded our expectations every night. After a day on the slopes, the sauna was a real treat. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax, leaving us refreshed for another day of adventures. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the great staff to the fantastic amenities, it truly made our trip memorable. We'll definitely be back!

Boutique Hotel Uniqato is conveniently built for skiers – right next to the entrance there is a ski closet that can also be accessed with a room key card. All the staff where amazing and patient i had so many questions and they answered all of them and they even helped us find a perfect ski rental, The room was clean and warm, hot water in the shower I highly recommend it

The new Keremidchieva Kushta Guest House is located in the centre of Sandanski. It offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies, free WiFi and free parking. A spacious well-maintained garden with an outdoor seating area is available as well. The inn has a wonderful open space area with a pool, a jacuzzi, and tables for meals. The decorated areas were rustic and lovely. The staff were really nice and attentive and seemed to care for the hotel which was very clean and well kept. Our room was spacious with a wonderful balcony (great views). The room was clean and the beds were not too soft nor too hard, but just right. It was very quiet at night and we had great sleep in this family run inn. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious every morning with lots of options to choose from. Lots of wonderful charm to this family run inn.
