A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

This was a lovely family Inn, quaint and homey. The rooms were lovely and well appointed, the hosts were friendly and helpful. The eating area and outside were lovely too. Close to things in town. And breakfast was terrific! I really enjoyed my time in Bansko and would highly recommend this place.

Everything was really nice, friendly people, clean, cozy house, i booked 2roons, but my friends for the second room couldn't come, and i just called them and they were totally cool about it and didn't want to tax me. Close to gondola. Totally recommended place.

Ideal location a short walk from the Gondala and ski hire.
Clean comfy rooms with a nice bathroom.
Excellent breakfast and restaurant - ate here three times as it was so good. Waitressing and all staff very pleasant.
Family and couple oriented while we were there

The location of the property was lovely. Very close to the central part of the city, but at the same time very quiet and pleasant. Staff was lovely and welcomed us with our pet with a smile. There was a free underground parking, so your car is not outside. Breakfast was also very nice. A great boutique hotel for a couple’s getaway or a family vacation. Will definitely visit again.
