The historic building anno 1730 has a classical interior. The rooms have an authentic interior, and most offer a panoramic view of the river valley and the castle. Most of the rooms are fitted with parquet. The room with the river view was stunning. The very old building is well kept and clean. The staff were very charming and helpful. Had dinner in the hotel. The food was delicious, pricey but you are eating in a hotel so to be expected. If I went back to Bouillon I would start there again.

Wake up each morning with a wholesome, complimentary breakfast and plan your day at leisure. The location is awesome. We booked the riverside room. It was a beautiful view. Everything is nearby within a 2-minute walk. Staff is very helpful :) Breakfast is good. The shop below has chips, chocolates, water bottles, etc. It also sells souvenirs. The patio on the back of the shop offers a beautiful view. It was awesome to sip a cup of coffee and watch the fall of autumn after breakfast. We visited early November - though it was 6 degrees outside, the heating inside was good. They also have a place for parking for guests who come by car. The check-in and check out were easy.
