The hotel is situated in Gent, only 500 metres from the historical city centre. This was an amazing stay at a wonderful hotel. It actually felt like a 5* and not like a 4*. We travelled with 2 young children and upon arrival we were surprised with two soft bunnies, 2 golden ducks for the shower, an extra plastic bath, shower gel and shampoo for the kids, even 2 small bathrobes! We have been to many hotels with the kids and this was one of the best welcomes our kids ever received. I especially enjoyed the whats app Al assistant tool, it was extremely helpful and replied promptly. When it didnt have answers an employee of the hotel enter the discussion and replied. We hired a car and when asked they provided pricing both for the hotel parking and also for a nearby cheaper parking (2min walk - very convenient). The Olivier bistro - restaurant was lovely as well and offered tasty food. We booked the suite which was very comfortable and even had a big balcony. To walk to the room from the main building (1min walk) you go through a lovely garden. Highly recommended!!

The apartment was very well located in the center of the city with a supermarket around the corner and the city atractions 5 minutes walking We were a bit skeptical because the payment was in cash but it all went well, the owner was super nice and friendly. The zone was safe and you had buses and trains passing everytime right next to the place.
