They went over the top to help us out with the needs of our child.

Korenmarkt is 700 metres away. Absolutely beautiful spaces, lovely clean and comfortable room, kind and attentive proprietors, delicious and abundant breakfast, super comfortable bed. We were so happy with our stay and hope to book again on our next visit to Gent!

Set in a townhouse in the heart of historical Ghent, a 5-minute walk from St Nicholas’ Church, the Belfry and Gravensteen’s castle, you can find Schopenhauer. Offering free WiFi, this property also comprises wellness facilities and bicycle rental services. We liked absolutely everything. There's not much to add to the accolades other guests already wrote. The location is absolutely superb in the "centre of everything", the host was very communicative, supportive and kind, the room is fabulously romantic and designed exactly as a honeymoon suite for couples interested in culture, history and arts. There's nothing else to add except for 10/10. We will happily return.

The surroundings are peaceful and picturesque, offering a perfect retreat. What amazed us was the convenience—it took us only about ten minutes to get to the downtown area by bus. Best of all, the host was exceptional. They were so welcoming and attentive, giving us great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly well taken care of.

This accommodation offers guest units with free WiFi and features bicycle rental services. The room was very well equipped with everything we need. Bedroom and bathroom were very big. Bed was really comfortable. Heating system was working very well as Turkish people we are not used to sleeping in a cold room, so it was important for us becuase in some hotels heating is not working properly. Fridge were full with stuff to prepare a proper breakfast and each day owner delievered delicious croissant and buns for breakfast. Last but not least, the cleaning was fabulous. You are not allowed to go upstairs with shoes which was awkward at first but it is a reason of very clean room. Anyway, long story short, we are very pleased to stay here and strongly recommend it.
