However, it was the exceptional staff that truly set this hotel apart. (Anais, in particular, stands out, but all staff were incredibly kind and genuine.) Their attention to detail and dedication to customer service exceeded all expectations. We truly felt like we were coming home after each day of exploring the city. We can't recommend Pillows highly enough and look forward to returning in the future!

It is located 100 metres from the Gravensteen Castle and a 10-minute walk from Saint Bavo’s Cathedral. Very comfortable room, spacious, well presented. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Located on a quiet street in the heart of Ghent, Ganda Rooms & Suites is housed in a 18th century style townhouse with a patio and terraces. Free WiFi access is available. Korenmarkt is 700 metres away. Very satisfied from our stay . Staff are kind and friendly and the house is a beauty inside . Beautifull rooms with comfrort beds ,clean bathroom and the location is really really close to city center and lots of store near the area. Definitely a recommendation to anyone visiting Ghent from my side .

Lots of wonderful shops right next door!

The hosts are very friendly, explain everything with buses etc. Breakfast was delicious and every day some changes were made.

The apartment was very well located in the center of the city with a supermarket around the corner and the city atractions 5 minutes walking We were a bit skeptical because the payment was in cash but it all went well, the owner was super nice and friendly. The zone was safe and you had buses and trains passing everytime right next to the place.
