However, it was the exceptional staff that truly set this hotel apart. (Anais, in particular, stands out, but all staff were incredibly kind and genuine.) Their attention to detail and dedication to customer service exceeded all expectations. We truly felt like we were coming home after each day of exploring the city. We can't recommend Pillows highly enough and look forward to returning in the future!

This luxurious family-run hotel in the Patershol District of Ghent offers rooms in 2 historic buildings and benefits from a free heated swimming pool. It is located 100 metres from the Gravensteen Castle and a 10-minute walk from Saint Bavo’s Cathedral. The room was incredible. The beds were beyond comfy, even the sofa folding bed. The location was perfect! Staff so friendly, and the breakfast was great! Also, the heated pool was such a plus. I was traveling with my 8 and 10 year old granddaughters and none of us was ready to leave!

The location is great: literally minutes away from all the most interesting sights 😊. Also, room was very clean, warm and the breakfast was delicious.

Located on a quiet street in the heart of Ghent, Ganda Rooms & Suites is housed in a 18th century style townhouse with a patio and terraces. Free WiFi access is available. Korenmarkt is 700 metres away. Absolutely beautiful spaces, lovely clean and comfortable room, kind and attentive proprietors, delicious and abundant breakfast, super comfortable bed. We were so happy with our stay and hope to book again on our next visit to Gent!

Set in a townhouse in the heart of historical Ghent, a 5-minute walk from St Nicholas’ Church, the Belfry and Gravensteen’s castle, you can find Schopenhauer. Offering free WiFi, this property also comprises wellness facilities and bicycle rental services. We liked absolutely everything. There's not much to add to the accolades other guests already wrote. The location is absolutely superb in the "centre of everything", the host was very communicative, supportive and kind, the room is fabulously romantic and designed exactly as a honeymoon suite for couples interested in culture, history and arts. There's nothing else to add except for 10/10. We will happily return.

The surroundings are peaceful and picturesque, offering a perfect retreat. What amazed us was the convenience—it took us only about ten minutes to get to the downtown area by bus. Best of all, the host was exceptional. They were so welcoming and attentive, giving us great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly well taken care of.
