In addition, the reception staff were outstanding; they were always friendly, helpful, and willing to answer our questions or give us useful recommendations to make the most of our visit. Without a doubt, I would choose this place again.

The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Without a doubt, this hotel deserves a visit. The building is an architectural attraction featured in one of Brussels' official guided tours. Avenue Louise is 400 metres away. Free WiFi access is available. Large airy king ensuite room with a balcony. Beautiful linen duvet cover and sheets. Delicious breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice !

Edmund has really put the time and energy into making this space a home away from home - cats and all - taking care of his guests and the space alike. So many lovely details, from the types of shower gels to the pillows, to the tea and coffee counter. He is attentive and present for guests, ensuring a great and comfortable experience. The location couldn’t be more perfect (and even more so especially for LBGTQI+ visitors).
