The atmosphere of this place is like stepping into a fairytale. The Cottage we stayed in was just beautiful and so cozy. As soon as you drive through the gate you are greeted by lush and green gardens. Justin greets you when you arrive and he is such an asset to the property. He was nothing but amazing, super accommodating for requests and helped us decide on what to do for the time we were there.

The Royce is located on Melbourne’s grand boulevard that connects the city’s finest luxury shopping on Collins Street, to world-class galleries and gardens and further to the beautiful bayside... The staff that I would like to commend for their outstanding customer service and professionalism: Jill, James, Ella, Kathleen and Gerard. They all went above and beyond what I expected. The room was amazing and the boutique hotel was very luxurious. If you are looking for the best experience and the best room in a beautiful top-end hotel, look no further. We will be back. Everything about this hotel is top drawer and so comfortable! We were even able to check in early and freshen up before touring.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Large room, great bathroom with bath and stylish decor. Would stay there again and highly recommend.
