Perfect location. Quiet area, nice wide street. One block to town so car not needed. As soon as we opened the door we loved the Apartment. So fresh and clean with some treats left by the host. The Apartment is large and well stocked with what you would need for a weekend stay. Arrival and departure information from our host was great.

Elm Tree is a no-frills accommodation, well suited for our one night stay. That said, everything from service to cleanliness of the room and bathroom to the comfort of the beds (the heated mattress pads were very much welcomed!).
Felt bad that I didn't get the name of the lady who assisted with our check-in. We are grateful for her recommendation to book a car ferry from Geelong to get to Philip Island. We had originally planned to drive through Melbourne City. The car ferry saved us much time. Thank you! 😊
Location-wise, Elm Tree also has eating places nearby, including KFC drive-thru right next door.
Hands-down will stay here again if we travel to Warnambool!
