I simply liked everything about this hotel. I felt expected long before arrival - I received comprehensive messages by email + there was a phone call a week before the check-in date. Lovely staff, smiling and engaged. Excellent breakfast and menu in the restaurant: a la carte + offer of the day (classic + vegetarian option). Great bartender - I particularly enjoyed the aperitif (the Gin Cassis Fizz interpretation) and the mezcal. The massage was perfekt - as strong as I wanted and very stress relieving. And I know that from a 5* hotel you can usually expect a lot, but not to every hotel I would like to return, and to this hotel I would very much like to come again :-)

- the Hubert hotel has everything for a perfect ski trip - it has a restaurant, two sauna areas, a pool - the rooms are nice, modern, and have enough space - the ski storage room is large enough to avoid jams in the morning - we booked half pension which means we had a nice dinner every evening in the hotel - the location is perfect - it is literally 5 mins walking to the Penkenbahn

The apartment was a really nice size with everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The views were good, too. The relaxation area was an added bonus.Bettina and the staff helped with everything we needed.

Very nice hotel with a lovely lady at reception that welcomed us with a warm smile. Good parking. In underground garage for cars lower as 2 m. Otherwise very good parking outside. The rooms are clean, and even though it was quite warm they tried to keep the heat out by having the curtains drawn. Very well considered. It was also nice that we were asked if we would like to watch the football on the terrace and would like something to eat. We were a family of 9, so rather a large group. After a long drive it was nice to be asked to just relax and being taken care of.

Hell's Ferienresort Zillertal is located next to the A-Road in the Ziller Valley and a 15-minute walk from the centre of Fügen.

Lieblingsplatz Tirolerhof features a fitness centre, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Zell am Ziller.

The free breakfast exceeded any expectations we are accustomed to under the term. Variety, service, presentation and taste are exceptional. The hotel has a whole wing dedicated to "spa" area with dry/wet saunas, relaxation room, and other amenities, tastefully decorated, perfect way to end the day after being on the slopes. The restaurant had a good variety menu but above all, the kitchen crew is great. The taste and presentation of the food was exceptional and at the reasonable price. The hotel staff (we saw same few people crew manning the whole operation) deserves special thanks. The hospitality and welcoming attitude defines the culture of the locals, and is what is long forgotten here.
