The best is the location as it is near the park, the lake and Minimunds. Everything is a walk away and the time spent there was truly more than a home feeling. Safe, positive and welcoming surroundings. The stay at the hotel was great. The room size is exactly how room with two small kids needs to be so that they can feel free and the staff at the hotel was amazing. Last but not least, the breakfast was one of a kind. Everything tasted great. The variety was huge and diverse but then again local.

staff were very nice, they helped with any problem we had right away and with a big smile. the hotel looks like a real palace, its probably one of the best hotels ive been to. overall it just feels like one of those "wins" when booking a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. First of all, we were very impressed by the modern and futuristic design of the hotel. We found it very appealing and unusual. We were delighted with our room on the 3rd floor. The room was very modern, clean, and the balcony was a huge plus as there was a wonderful view of the mountains and nature. We spent several evenings relaxing on the balcony and enjoying life. The employees were polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast with its great variety of dishes. I often miss freshly made porridge in some hotels, so I was very glad that there was tasty porridge every day. The coffee from the coffee machine tasted great. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant twice and enjoyed the dishes. We appreciated that there was a mini ping-pong table at the hotel and enjoyed using it. We also liked the spa area with its two swimming pools. It’s great that it’s possible to swim both inside and outside and enjoy beautiful views. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would love to come back to Klagenfurt and stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is easily accessible, easy to find, with a closed parking lot under the building. The room is spacious and comfortable with a huge terrace, a wonderful view of the lake. In the bathroom there is a built-in TV above the bathtub. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The staff is polite and kind. The bed is quite large, the mattress is a harder type (this may be a problem for those who like soft mattresses).

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel upgraded us upon our arrival which was a nice and pleasant surprise! The lake view was great! The whole SPA and pool area was amazing with many people but with never the feeling it was crowded. Food and breakfast very good! We could not hope for more for our short stay
