We were allowed in the room at our arrival (9am) well before the standard check-in time. Having a 3yrs old kid, it is a necessity for us to travel at night, when he sleeps and an early check-in is very useful. Typically, hotel do not like to accommodate this kind of requests (even when paying extra fees). In this case, they let us in at 9 at no cost. It was amazing. Only for this, they deserve the 5 stars. All the facilities from the room, to the restaurant and the entire building are newly renoveted and super high value furnished. The breakfast is abundant and excellent. The check-out is at 12 (very convenient) and after checking out I was still allowed into the Gym. SUPER!

The best staff I have ever seen. They pay attention to even the smallest details. Finally, a place where guests don't have to mess around with the coffee machine, but where the coffee is brought to you. Several times :) Very generous and delicious breakfast.
