Check in was delightful. Our room was ready ahead of time, so we were able to check in early. The staff offered us a welcome drink in the bar and while we were there, they gave us information on open tourist sites, transportation options, gave us a welcome card that covered the cost of all modes of public transportation in Innsbruck, gave us restaurant recommendations and suggestions on hikes and best places to get a view of the city.

The family-run Hotel Maximilian is located in the heart of Innsbruck’s Old Town, next to a pedestrian zone, offering air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The Golden Roof, the Imperial Palace, the Cathedral of St. James, Maria-Theresien Straße Shopping Street, the Congresshaus, the University, and the hospital are just a few minutes' walk away. Room was upgraded, plenty of space. Breakfast was over the top. Location was central to all we wanted to see. Staff was extremely accommodating.

The 3,000 m² spa area features indoor and outdoor pools with mountain views, various massage showers, and a large hot tub right above the lake. During check-in the staff provided full information regarding services the hotel offers and timing. The check-in itself was very smooth only 2 mins. Organisation of facilities of hotel spa and spa area. Great place to stay for relaxation and recreation. The rooms are huge, and well organised. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel Innsbruck is located at the bank of the Inn River in the heart of the Old Town, 200 metres from Golden Roof, a 5-minute walk away from the Congress Centre and the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Everything was perfect: the accommodation was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast had a wide and delicious selection. The wellness area was the ideal size for us. We stayed a few nights on weekdays, and it was never crowded — a big advantage is that it’s open 0-24. We arrived early, the staff were very helpful, and we were able to check in earlier as well.
