The rooms feature a work desk, a minibar, and satellite TV. All rooms and bathrooms were renovated in 2009 and 2010. Some rooms are air-conditioned and feature a laptop-size safe. The apartment (suite) was superb, beautifully decorated, the king-size bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was tasty and varied.

It’s very convenient for staying with a dog, and the hotel is right by the river, making it perfect for walks. It’s also close to the city centre.

Breakfast is served every morning, and a supermarket can be found 300 metres from the Baderhaus. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were all unique and interesting. The location was great and the breakfast was very good.

This traditional family-run hotel offers easy access to all main sights of Graz, which are only steps away. Great location. 125 year old hotel. Iconic. Right next to largest shopping mall that has a rooftop patio. Happy we stayed here.

Each room or suite at Boutique hotel Dom is unique in design and features antique as well as contemporary furnishings. All rooms offer air conditioning, cable TV, a safe and a minibar. All rooms are equipped with a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, in the Superior rooms you will also find Nespresso machine. The hotel is nothing I've ever seen. It's in center, walking distance to everything, no need for a car. But what is most important is the hotel itself. The rooms are unbelievable. It literally feels like you are some royalty. Extremely High ceilings, big room, bigger bathroom with marble and bathtub, old furniture, very, very nice. We stayed one day more just because of hotel. There is also a great steakhouse in the lobby.

Location - as many of the reviewers stated before me, it is perfect. Room - it was interesting that the bathroom facilities were in the room - I liked it a lot. Staff - they were kind and answered any questions of ours. Breakfast - it was excellent and our doggy, Otto was able to come with us. and the love he got from the staff... it was heartwarming! Pet friendliness - they loved our Otto.

The design and ambience of this penthouse suite exceeded my expectations - the minimalist aesthetic, the shower, the sound system, and above all, the expansive (and private!) rooftop terrace with a 360o view of beautiful Graz...spectacular!
