Nicely heated in winter. Rooms are good size. Regretting just booking 1 night in Salzburg, shld have stayed for 2 nights instead. Breakfast is also good with fairly wide selections.

Provided lots of information on the region, including restaurants, things to do, places to visit etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable. High quality materials and great comfort in all areas. And the SPA - we were amazed by the spa and the pools! Never expected such a great relax and spa zone. You have access to a spa bar, calm relax zone, and as many towers as you might need! This was the first time I was not supposed to ask for a dry towel. Also, the breakfast was delicious - great variety and good food quality. Nearby, there is an Italian restaurant - a must visit for dinner. Last but not least - free parking, e-charging station and private lake! And the lake! Wow, such a beauty! 10/10 and this is the first time I am giving such a rating on booking!

All the staffs are the friendliest people I have met and they are super helpful. I recommend also to try their Michelin star restaurant on the ground floor. I also suggest that you ask the hotel manager her recommendations on some best restaurants nearby.

We had lovely view from our balcony.From left hand side we could see the castle from right hand side the mountains.In the room we had free botle of water, mini bar, hot water machine for tea and coffe.The owners are really nice.We had high quality and wide choice of breakfast.There is a bus stop in front of the pension which take you to the center.I would tell this place rather a 4* stars hotel than a pension. If we come to Salzburg again we would definetly stay in this place again!

The owner spoke to us briefly and was so nice, he’s so welcoming and helpful. The bed was king size (i think) and very comfy to sleep at.
