The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and responsive. The breakfast was variety of delicious healthy local food, served in a very pleasant setup. Service was amazing. Their attentive nature and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests truly made a positive impact on our overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious and diverse breakfast provided each morning. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Housekeeping services were carried out regularly, and I always returned to a well-maintained and tidy room after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location of Pension Ballwein was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and scenic spots. All in all, my stay at Pension Ballwein was a memorable one, largely thanks to the friendly and welcoming Simon and Daniela. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely pension to anyone visiting Salzburg, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The property is very new, beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and had everything one would need - from kitchen utensils, extra blankets, even an extra HDMI cable if you wanted to hook your laptop to the TV. They had thoughtfully made the extra pull out bed knowing there were four of us - I really loved that. It is a contactless check-in - Viktoria with who I interacted with via the chat app was super responsive with all my queries from the time I booked the place 2 months ago till the time I checked out. Absolutely fabulous! It is everything that was promised and much more!
