Beds are really comfortable! And it has a big living room and kitchen space. The apartment was perfectly heated for the snow! Although the bathroom is en suite with the one room, it wasn't a problem for us as 'n family. Breakfast is available on request. Everything is closed in St. Gilgen on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, but we made a delicious meal in our apartment. There is Spar supermarket close by to buy all you need. The people are very friendly and St. Gilgen is a beautiful town! It is close to the bus stop which connects you to anywhere!

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental. I liked everything! The location is amazing, secluded and calm but also has everything you need like food at the restaurant or 5 minutes away by car at any supermarket. I would definitely come again. Friends' groups, however, shall watch out for the showering situation 😂 it is more like a romantic getaway 😉 but I still had lots of fun with my friend there. Ah the Seilbahn is 5 minutes away aaand Hallstaat is about an hour, although I don't recommend leaving the heaven of this place and going to the touristic horror of Hallstaat.

Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

The hotel is beautifully designed with great taste and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is excellent.

This individually designed countryside hotel offers 4-star comfort and features a private bathing place and a lakeside garden. There is also a sun terrace with a hot tub, a sauna and a relaxation room. This hotel is in the center of Sankt Wolfgang, right on the lake shore, offered everything you need. The room with a balcony and comfortable bed was a great place to relax. The breakfast was rich and diverse, including ham, salami, cheese, delicious spreads, fresh pastries, eggs made to order, yogurts, fruits, vegetables. Having breakfast indoors or on the terrace with a view of the lake was great. I would like to return here!

The hotel staff is super nice and friendly, he recommend us the activities and help us find a taxi during rainy season, made us enjoyed st Wolfgang more, would definitely recommend. Breakfast is also nice, and inner decoration is very artistic.
