Lovely guests! We were only there just to rest and sleep from our long trip and leave very early for the next journey. Mark, the host, even suggested to schedule the breakfast at a much earlier time just to accommodate us! What more could I ask for? Would definitely book here again on my next stay at Hallstatt. Worth every penny.

Hotel Garni Anzengruber is located near the centre of St. Wolfgang in the Salzkammergut, 100 metres from the famous Weißes Rössl and the beautiful pilgrimage church. Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

You can dine in the on-site restaurant and sunbathe on the terrace which provides lake views. Location was perfect, the chalet was lovely and exactly as shown online.

The location of the hotel is excellent, from the window we could see the salt mine, the historical part is just around the corner. The staff is very welcoming and was able to resolve the issue since we did not specify a child and our room was not designed for three. The problem has been resolved, but this can be critical if the hotel does not have additional options, so be sure to inform the hotel about this if you are planning a trip with a child. Thank you ladies! The hotel has parking, but there is no guarantee, we were lucky.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. All rooms offer lake or mountain views. Beautiful and warm place with wooden finishings. Cozy and homey. We had the room with a balcony and it was so beautiful to wake up to the view of Hallstatt in autumn! The peace and quiet of this town was what we needed. Hotel staff very relaxed and friendly. Splendid place! We will come back in the future for sure!
