Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

This individually designed countryside hotel offers 4-star comfort and features a private bathing place and a lakeside garden. There is also a sun terrace with a hot tub, a sauna and a relaxation room. This hotel is in the center of Sankt Wolfgang, right on the lake shore, offered everything you need. The room with a balcony and comfortable bed was a great place to relax. The breakfast was rich and diverse, including ham, salami, cheese, delicious spreads, fresh pastries, eggs made to order, yogurts, fruits, vegetables. Having breakfast indoors or on the terrace with a view of the lake was great. I would like to return here!

You can dine in the on-site restaurant and sunbathe on the terrace which provides lake views. We stayed at this beautiful resort for 2 nights and booked a house for 4 people. To our surprise, the house was even better than expected — it had 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The resort is set by a stunning lake, and there's a ferry that takes you directly to Hallstatt. Don’t miss this opportunity — the views on the way to Hallstatt are absolutely breathtaking. The staff were very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony.

All rooms are equipped with a seating area and satellite TV. The rooms have a double bed with separate mattresses. Room was very clean, bathroom seems recently renovated and furniture in the room looks new, view on the mountains and the funicular was great! Staff was so kind and helpful during our entire stay. Location is also perfect, close to the center, right next to funicular and over the street from the lake!

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. All rooms offer lake or mountain views. I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. It was so clean and the staff was just the best. The hotel is located 2-3 min from the Boat station (to the train station). The bathroom is exceptional, the restaurant is very good and overall the best hotel in Hallstatt!
