You can dine in the on-site restaurant and sunbathe on the terrace which provides lake views. We stayed at this beautiful resort for 2 nights and booked a house for 4 people. To our surprise, the house was even better than expected — it had 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The resort is set by a stunning lake, and there's a ferry that takes you directly to Hallstatt. Don’t miss this opportunity — the views on the way to Hallstatt are absolutely breathtaking. The staff were very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony.

All rooms are equipped with a seating area and satellite TV. The rooms have a double bed with separate mattresses. Location was at the far end of the town which was nice if you are looking for a quieter spot away from bulk of the tourists. Only 10-15mins walk to the buzzing town central. Extremely big room, very clean and comfortable. Hotels feel regularly maintained and well kept. Balcony overlooking the nature view was really nice. Great for couples and small group of friends.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. All rooms offer lake or mountain views. We loved the room and the location. The beds were very comfy, and there were no disturbances from other rooms. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was also spotless. We had a great view overlooking the lake, which was amazing. Check-in was also perfect. We had a hassle-free stay.

Renovated in 2015, this hotel in Obertraun on Lake Hallstatt in the Salzkammergut region offers panoramic views of the scenic lake and the Dachstein Massif. Surrounded by mountains and behind the hotel is the picturesque, serene lake and park that offers an array of activities to our little kid. A boat ride away to hallstatt center. It's a vacation I wouldn't want to end. If you're looking for complete peace and nature, stay here. I would love to live here! Buffet breakfast was great in the hotel. We had the best stay! Will go back here! Hotel environment is the greatest bonus!
