Very well located just outside of the center of the town but quiet with great views. Two bedroom apartments with all appointments. Would highly recommend.

Set only 300 metres from the main square, Aguacanto Cabañas offers heated accomodation with free Wi-Fi in Tilcara. A garden is featured and breakfast is provided. Pucara is 600 metres away. Great place to stay in Tilcara. Friendly staff! Parking available. Room was very clean.

Set in a 19th century charming building, El Arribo Hotel offers spacious accommodation with cable TV and free WiFi access. It is situated 600 metres from San Salvador´s main plaza. The hotel is very nice with very kind staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed with our family one night because we didn't want to drive at night to Purmamarca, and we didn't want to leave in the morning because the hotel is very welcoming.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the hot water came quickly, the hotel had parking. It’s about 8min walk up the hill from Tilcara’s restaurants and center square. The hotel even has a pool with warm water (though we didn’t use it). Breakfast was excellent.

The staff is a highlight. They are warm, friendly and kind. They have a lot of good recommendations if you need them. We told them our plans and told us what to expect and what to avoid or consider. It was invaluable. They also allowed us to have breakfast earlier the day we departed. The facilities are beautiful and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the spa (included) and a massage (not included)

Located in the historic mountain town of Humahuaca, Hotel Huacalera offers modern accommodations with a swimming pool, just 2 km from the Tropic of Capricorn. This hotel is one of the best in the area. Beautiful Colonial building, comfy huge bed, cute decorations and some local pieces of art. There is a space like a mini museum/exhibition on the way to the rooms. I loved the part of the spa too, beautiful big enough pool and a view. Very attentive staff and nice restaurant in case you are not in the mood to go out. Highly recommended place.
