It was right on the main promenade of the city where there is vibrant community life right below with restaurants, bars and cafes. We walked everywhere and the hotel was super accessible. We had an amazing view from our Bergeron where we saw the old town houses on the mountain and all the mountains around. We basically had a 180 degree view. The breakfast every morning was amazing. With traditional Albanian breakfast and very filling all you can eat buffet. The coffee was also very great which they bring up from the restaurant bar from below.
