The best staff, Sufiya, Yasseen and Merhan are exceptional. Always available and helpful. We had an unforgettable experience at JW Marriott Marina. The hotel is absolutely stunning—luxurious rooms, amazing views of the marina, and excellent facilities. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What truly set our stay apart was the incredible service. A huge thank you to Luke and Faraz—both of them went above and beyond to make our visit special. Luke was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Faraz was equally impressive—attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They both made us feel truly welcomed. Thanks to them, our stay was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!
