The staff were really nice, especially khim was a breakfast staff there she was always so kind as we had gone with our son who is 9 months she would always come and play and make him laugh so we could have our breakfast.

The Hotel is very nice and very well located, but the exceptional experience was the staff. We got stuck for one night in Dubai due to a Lufthansa cancellation desaster. Our booking was therefore a necessity rather than an travel choice. The Hotel turned a very stressful experience for our family with two little kids, into a very nice experience. The airport pickup was excellent, the food great, the people friendly, and the staff went out of their way to even decorate our room, for the birthday of our son, who turned for during our 1 day stay. The room was super nice, spacious and convenient, the facilities from the multiple pools to gym, etc. were absolutely great. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Stunning view, lovely staff, massive 3 course meals, spacious suite.
All the catering and cleaning staff were brilliant. Sorry I have forgotten names! Beautiful Masjid just on the doorstep that lights up at night. It's a shame it's not in any marketing literature as it's the main highlight!
