Staff were excellent. Promptly resolved some small issues. Very pleasant to deal with and nothing seemed to much trouble. Location was more quiet than the hustle of Vella streets.

Fantastic hotel close to Andorra city center. Clean large room and bathroom with balcony and view. Lovely toiletries. Friendly staff. Spa was great. The indoor heated pool and steam and sauna was great with view. Lovely bed linen.

Located a bit off Massana town centre so you do need a car/bus

The staff were the best! Could not do enough for you, friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a huge range of food available. A lovely balcony provided a great rooftop view
