The staff was extremely friendly. We got an upgrade because all the standard rooms were booked. The hotel has a great location, you can easily walk everywhere. We parked in the paid parking across from the hotel (24€ per day).

All heated rooms at Hotel Del Pui by Nexta feature a stylish, rustic décor with hardwood floors and modern furnishings. In-room amenities include a flat-screen TV, mini bar and safe. The private bathroom with shower includes a hairdryer. Location is perfect for Ski in ski out. Single room was just enough. Nice but not flashy. Ski rental very reasonable across the street. Gondola is 2 minute walk from hotel. Pre-arranged lift ticket with hotel. Extremely convenient. Lockable ski storage in lobby. After I saw the Hotel Breakfast buffet, I added it both days. Wonderful breakfast and cheap for 10Euros/day. Grocery Market 1 min away, restaurants, 5-10 minutes away. Very walkable. Easy to get to.

I have been traveling Europe for the past 3 months and this was, by far, my best accommodation. It's right in the commercial center so it's close to absolutely everything (stores, restaurants, supermarkets), including bus stops. The hotel seems to be pretty new, everything was suuuuper clean and comfortable. But the highlight is the staff. They are very polite, helpful, warming and loving people. They for sure made my stay beyond good.

Breakfast is only 15€ and was very nice!

Everything about this place is 10 out of 10 The stuff are super friendly and helpful Specially Mr Peter we had some personal issues outside the hotel and he did everything in his power to help us out For sure I will visit this hotel again in the future

Les 7 Claus has a quiet setting, just a short walk from the commercial centre of Escaldes. This family-run hotel offers free WiFi throughout and free ski storage.The hotel is only 200 metres from Andorra's famous Caldea Spa. The nearest ski resorts are 8 km away. Staff were so kind, I got into town at midnight and they arranged a taxi for me. When I was figuring out how to get to my next destination they were extremely helpful, the bus schedule isn’t online and they showed me the app and where the bus station was. When I needed a few extra minutes to get packed for my backpacking trip they extended the checkout time. I can’t say enough good things. Also, the room was extremely comfortable and nice.

Staff are excellent especially those who were serving dinner. Hotel is close to the center of the town.
