This hotel is outstanding. After visits to the USA, Panama or Europe, this can clearly be described as follows: Rating 10 out of 10 possible points. The entire staff is empathetic, honest, exemplary in their dealings, attentive and helpful beyond measure. Such a service to people (and to hotel guests) was previously unknown to me and this gave me (positively!) a lot to think about. The hotel management is to be congratulated on this staff, because the staff is the heart of a hotel. A special thanks to the general manager Mr. Tim for the pleasant exchange in the lobby. It was my first visit to South Africa and I will be back in 2024 due to the staff experienced at the hotel. (Room 225 - 08/20/2023 - 09/01/2023)

Fantastic place! Everything is just perfect, from the very moment we arrived till our departure. Professional staff, friendly and super effective, great premises, great room and views, delicious breakfast and lunch, nice and quiet terrasse. Loved it!

We had two fabulous nights in a beautiful spa suite in this superb hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - Moses being particularly attentive and helpful, and we loved the food: the excellent buffet breakfast including fresh oysters and dinner with a great menu served in a cosy restaurant with the talented in-house pianist adding to the ambience.

Great location with the Red Bus and the Mall right there. The staff allowed us an early check in having arrived at 4.30am at the airport, very appreciated. Comfortable and helpful. Good restaurant.
