A very well-designed and maintained property. Great location. Excellent service. Close to all the action, but in a relatively quiet spot (except for a little construction on anew building right outside our room).

We loved this peaceful place just outside Hoi An old town. Beautiful room and bathroom (with finally 2 racks for 2 suitcases! No more putting them on the ground or improvise on some desk or something). Nice garden and in the middle of rice fields. Such sweet, helpful and funny hostesses! You can get bikes to Hoi An, we did the first day (around 15 min biking), but they were too small for my 1m95 husband, so we used Grab the rest of the time. Very easy to go around, also to the beach. Due to a recent typhoon, they are rebuilding the restaurant, i think it will re-open soon.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful, pool area was nice, room was comfortable and bathroom was spacious with great hot water. Liked being slightly out of Hoi An main central area as it was respite from the tourists. Still had lots of little shops and restaurants around, including a great one a few doors up. Use of bikes for free was also handy for exploring. Shuttle bus to town if you wanted it, but the walk is easy and enjoyable also.

This private villa is really beautiful. The private pool is awesome and biger that on pictures. Staff are really kind and helpful, you can wash your clothes for free, they offer free transport from airport and bikes. It really peacuful place. You also can order a coctails to your room.

The staff, everyone, from the receptionists to the security, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice, and spacious enough. The rooms have a desk where one can work at one's laptop. The wifi worked well. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was fine. The location is convenient, just a 5 minutes walk to the old town.
