I chose this hotel based on the great reviews about the helpful staff on Booking.com, and I’m so glad I did! Even before my arrival, the team was incredibly supportive, offering valuable advice for my visa process. At the hotel, Jenny was exceptional—always kind, attentive, and full of great recommendations. She suggested excellent restaurants, great shopping spots, and quickly marked all the must-see attractions on the map for us. Her help truly made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. The hospitality at La Nueva is on another level! Our room had super comfortable bedding and plenty of toiletries and towels for the whole family. The on-site Estrella Restaurant was excellent, offering both Asian and European options—perfect for my picky eaters. The location couldn’t have been better, just a one-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Even when the weather turned bad, the hotel thoughtfully provided umbrellas. The breakfast was excellent — not too crowded and offering a nice variety of options. The staff was attentive and friendly, and my kids absolutely loved the choux à la crème!
