Excellent location for tourist activities and right on Riverwalk for lots of restaurants. The Market Place was also an asset with good opening hours and able to get lots of quick meals, snacks and coffees.Room was very well appointed and well maintained. Staff pleasant and helpful.

I just love the place, theres something magical about this hotel that makes me a returning customer, but this last time was a blast, I booked a king suite and I got the presidential suite, such an incredible room. The Menger bar is beautiful, the location couldnt be better. What can I say ... I love it

The property was very clean and had a lot of the old decor from the building still there, which was beautiful to see. The location was perfect, right across the road from the Alamo and not too far from the river walk (which is a must-see). The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast there was very enjoyable. Rooms were also very clean and decorated beautifully.

The room was not the one I reserved. Was told something that I did not believe that they were over booked. To me is just excuses for their bad way is handling things.

Everything was so nice. beds worked out great. My 23yo son loved the pull out couch. Room was clean & the right size for us. Breakfast was very nice. Everyone loved the eggs.
