Everything was amazing. When we checked in, because it was a special occasion for us, we were upgraded from a standard room to a poolside cabana suite. Not only that, but they arranged for a complimentary bottle of champagne to be delivered to our suite. The staff were excellent then and continued in the same way! They were superb throughout and a credit to the hotel.

If ever we go to LA again, without a shadow of a doubt we will be book this hotel again! We had an exceptionally large room with a massive television (not that we would have thought anything less of the hotel if we had a smaller TV). We were on the same floor as the pool (convenient), we enjoyed having a coffee/tea maker in the room as well as a fridge and we were really happy that our car was parked safely in the hotel parking. As for location, this hotel is a 10 minute walk from the metro station on Hollywood Boulevard and 1 block away from a street from where you can see the Hollywood sign and fun fact: the building that was used to model the Tower of Terrors in Disney is across the street :-). We also enjoyed the diner! Both service and food were very good.
