Our room is a Japanese styled room, tidy and compact but with all the needed functionalities. The location is extremely good and is just outside the Taichung Rail Station. The hotel offers coin-driven washing machine and tumbler which locate on the 7th floor. It was surprising that the rooftop view over the station is superb! The breakfast is nice too.

Great location to the old train station, downtown, night market etc. Absolutely free self helped laudry service. Very healthy and sanitary breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who volunteered to provide non-published information which might interest you. printer, computer, meeting area and family reading area with very comfy setup for children.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond — even helping with a parcel delivery and handling everything perfectly. The food was fresh and tasty (the pumpkin soup was the best I’ve ever had!), and the room was spacious, stylish, and super comfortable. The hotel’s fun, modern design and that awesome slide make it a truly unique place to stay. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and the service exceptional. Highly recommended!

Both staff at the counter are very helpful. Alert me to prebook train ticket as it's may be full on public holiday and guide to book at convenient store due to station closed at night. They are friendly and cheerful. They give clean and precise direction to nearby attractions like Yi Zhong etc. Hot beverages are available at level 1 for guests.
