I never been in a hotel in Turkey or Antalya before. It was exceeded all expectations. The food The bars The beach The parties and the shows every single night🤩🤩🤩 Entertainment for kids,kids beach,playground on the kids beach and another one behinde the beach bar,mini disco every night😃 You dont feel you need to go out of the hotel and we didn't at all. All you need in a vacation is there and even more. The mexican and sushi restaurant is just amazing as the main restaurants inside and outside. Absolutely outstanding!!! I was very sad leaving this place,the best hotel I've ever been in my life. Thank you all🤩🤩🤩

It was just what we needed - a week of chill and not thinking of anything. I want to say a big thank you to the customer service. Throughout our entire stay there they were nothing but helpful and friendly. We got upgraded to a nicer room with little tasty gifts waiting for us, were constantly checked up on if everything is doing well, got offered a dinner at the à la carte restaurant. Special thanks to Saida from the guest relations desk for her cordial hospitality; and Zholdasbek from the pool/beach bar - the cocktails he made were really good (we didn’t expect much from an all inclusive hotel, but were actually impressed). In general, you could feel that the customer service was doing their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
