All the staff was very friendly to us and our son. They had great tips about the places to go in the old town. The location was at the heart of historic Kaleici and also close to bus/tram stops. There were markets and restaurants nearby. Inside the courtyard was always breezy and in the shade, which was great during the hot lunch hours to spend time around the pool. The room and the common area was almost like a second home. We would definitely stay here again.

It was just what we needed - a week of chill and not thinking of anything. I want to say a big thank you to the customer service. Throughout our entire stay there they were nothing but helpful and friendly. We got upgraded to a nicer room with little tasty gifts waiting for us, were constantly checked up on if everything is doing well, got offered a dinner at the à la carte restaurant. Special thanks to Saida from the guest relations desk for her cordial hospitality; and Zholdasbek from the pool/beach bar - the cocktails he made were really good (we didn’t expect much from an all inclusive hotel, but were actually impressed). In general, you could feel that the customer service was doing their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Ramada Plaza is situated on Antalya’s seafront, just 700 metres from historic Kaleiçi. It offers a spa centre with a pool and rooms overlooking the sea or mountains.

Staff, room, facilities, breakfast, beach everything was perfect. Major attaractions like umbrella street, old bazar, Hadrian's gate all are at walking distance. Public transport is near by. Pools were well maintained along with other facilities.
